The Southern Hoof Syndicate is an organization in Shoggoth. The Southern Hoof, along with the Northern Hoof in Rust, was dismantled when Rainbow Dash (and her companions at the time — Bard, Wildcard, and Theanim Mane) passed through Shoggoth. Jeyrn was the leader of the Southern Hoof.
