Frost Rods are the petrified hearts of Windigoes, fossilized underground. They are mined in the mountains of Rohbredden due to their residual enchantments allowing them to be used as a power source as an alternative to dredge coal. Rainbow finds many of them left behind when she explores a mine in Dust Prefecture.
